Partner Yoga Workshop

When you practice yoga with a partner, the sense of peace and wholeness you receive from your self-practice is brought to you and your friend, partner or loved one. Similar to a self-practice, partner yoga uses various poses to help focus the mind and increase strength, stamina and flexibility.

Partner Yoga is playful and fun, and engenders presence, openness, sensitivity, cooperation, balance, the ability to laugh, and willingness to face challenges. During this workshop you will be guided through several yoga poses where you and your partner will rely on each other’s support and trust to keep correct body alignment, balance, concentration, and permission to surrender.

This workshop is for everyone who is open to feeling connected and trying something fun and different. From beginners to advanced yogis, all are welcome – and there is no need for you or your partner to have the same level of yoga experience.
