Take a peaceful weekend in nature. Commit to offering yourself a spiritual space, a time ‘out’.
Give yourself the opportunity to reflect, reconnect, find balance, grow, and deepen your sense of awareness.
These weekends are guided from a warm, intuitive, and compassionate place. The morning yoga sessions will inspire and renew, as the meditation and restorative afternoon sessions deeply heal and rejuvenate.
Throughout this weekend, as the surrounding nature nurtures your spirit and the yoga sessions bring calm to your mind, the nutritious local/organic meals are sure to recharge and nourish your body.

$450 for one person or bring a friend and come for $425 each (fees include tax).
(along with the yoga sessions, rates include bedding and linens, 6 meals – Friday dinner through to Sunday brunch, and are based on shared accommodation)

Retreats take place in one of two spots:
Cottage Retreat
A beautiful, quiet lakeside property nestled amongst the trees, and adjacent to crown land. Here you will find the cozy, eclectic cottage full of character and good karma to be very warm and welcoming.
Yoga classes take place in a boathouse studio where the sound of the water gently lapping and the stunning views of the lake instantly bring about a sense of ease.
During your free time you can swim, canoe, kayak, walk out the beautiful cottage road, soak in the hot tub, take an outdoor shower, or simply curling up with a book in one of the hammocks.
Accommodations are shared and discounted rates are available for those who wish to sleep closer to nature in a tent.
Georgian Hills Retreat
A real sanctuary nestled on the escarpment, within the woodlands of the Blue Mountains, minutes from Collingwood. A warm, comfortable, and inviting home will be yours to enjoy as you breathe in the fresh, clean air, and drink up the beauty of this relaxing and energetically rejuvenating spot.
This is the perfect place to step away from the stresses of city life and bring you back to your roots. Yoga sessions will take place is a zen-like space with an expansive view of the nature and natural woodland that surrounds the property.
Along with yoga and meditation your weekend will include a guided hike, and much of the food we eat will be from the surrounding area. During your free time you can swim in the private lake (minutes away), walk the Bruce Trail, or simply curl up with a book in a hammock.
